this resource has a KS2 spag focus. Balderdash sounds like a completely made-up word but it is in fact a real word. It’s a noun which means ‘absolute nonsense.’ Let’s play the game Balderdash… I will give you a real word – one which you’ve probably never heard before. I will then give you 4 definitions for the word but only one of them is correct, the other 3 will be balderdash! You must decide which one is correct…
