Worksheet for use when revising Edexcel Biology SB4 topic all about natural selection and genetic modification. Student’s answer the questions either using their own knowledge, a partner or the text book and then indicate on the sheet which they used. Answers are included on the second page.

Quick revision activity for Edexcel B3 (old spec). I give each student a card which has a question and an answer on it and they need to arrange themselves to match up the correct questions and answers. The start card only has a question and the end card only has an answer (depending on how many in the class they could be placed on either side of the room).

Revision activity for CP7/8 units in the new Edexcel Combined Science GCSE (9-1). The idea of the activity is that they need to get all the questions answered on their sheet working cooperatively with the rest of class, with each person only being able to contribute one answer to each worksheet. I also allowed them to ask me to answer one question but could also be done independently amongst the students.
