This “missing letters” exercise involves finding the missing letters in each word. The words are almost completely written out, and the student will have to find the letter that does not appear. This work is interesting for a playful approach to reading and writing: it is often not easy to break down words. Completing words that are almost entirely written will be a prerequisite for greater autonomy. This exercise is both simple and effective: I have noticed that students like it because it is accessible and complete (for beginners).
