Adding The Counting To A Rhythm is an engaging and fun way to test your students rhythmic awareness. They will learn, not only how many beats are in the note or rest, but how to count the beats. This is a great starter for sightreading and goes up to dotted crotchet/dotted quarter note and quaver/eighth note patterns. Randomly generated questions, immediate feedback and help sections. Musical Counting Blocks Basics has four sections of randomly generated rhythm blocks based on one count notes and rests up to four count notes and rest patterns. The first section is for crotchets/quarter notes and minims/half notes. Students learn to count these rhythms in numbered beats. There is a backing track for each slide which has warming up notes for C, Bb and Eb instruments. This module can be used as a quick rhythm understanding exercise, a warm up starter supplementary exercise or both together. Each section gets progressively harder and includes:
