Pen Licence Certificates

(0)
This download contains a series of Pen Licence certificates. Children work incredibly hard to earn their pen licence and a certificate home can be a great motivator too! Once they have received their pen licence certificate, the child can then use their pen for the first time! The document is editable - you can add you own school logo, or a picture of your student if desired. Simply print, laminate and go! Enjoy :)

New Class - All About Me

This 2 page activity is a great way of finding out more information about your new students which you will be teaching come September 2020. Students love that they can divulge such information to you and always enjoy being able to draw a self portrait and colour that in too! I have added a little section at the bottom where they can ask the teacher a question. Last year, I found this to be a lot of fun! I have added the pdf version which you can print back to back to save paper or you can print off x 2 A4s if you prefer. Thank you and good luck with your new class!

*KS2 Handwriting and Spelling Booklet Bundle*

3 Resources
This bundle allows pupils to practise their handwriting and spellings concurrently. The spellings have been sourced from the National Curriculum Statutory Spellings List for Years 3,4,5 and 6. This bundle contains packs for the entire school covering Years 1-6. Key Stage 1 Booklet - Years 1&2 Although labelled as a Year 1 and 2 Booklet, this booklet can be used across the key stages depending on the needs of your students. The Years 1&2 pack contains 3 documents - each containing 39 pages. The 1st booklet is ideal for those children in your class who who are really struggling with the formation of their individual lowercase letters. Each letter that is provided has arrows indicating to the child where they should start and where they should finish. It also indicates the order in which the child should be forming their strokes. The full alphabet has been printed in font sizes 50, 40 and 30. This is so that you can easily print the sheets separately if you wish. Towards the end of the pack, there is a separate section. Again, this can be printed separately if prefered. On each page within this section, the child is provided with 2 pictures, which they can trace outside, and then colour in. Above the image is the word which again, they will need to write. The 2nd and 3rd pack are similar in terms of the structure. However, the 2nd pack provides the children with text written which is written with ‘dots’ which sit on guidelines. Children are to trace these letters which will help with their letter formation. The 3rd document removes the guide lines, but still provides the ‘dots’ for the children. Key Stage 2 Packs - Years 3-6 The 1st document provides children with one of the National Curriculum statutory spellings which is written with ‘dots’ which sit on the guidelines. Children are to trace these letters which will help with their letter formation. The 2nd document removes the guide lines, but still provides the ‘dots’ for the children. The 3rd document removes the dots and provides the student with a series of guidelines. The upper line contains a statutory spelling in a cursive style as a guide for the student. The lower line is where the student should try to replicate the above example. The packs can be purchased separately if preferred. Student Login Details

(0)
We have all been there… Every year, there are students who can not remember their login details and often teachers will have requests from parents to send them home again. This means having to login, find them and print them off time and time again. This A4 template can be used by you to store your student’s login details. Once printed, this can be sent home or left at school for when children use the laptops, computers or ipads. This could also be printed and kept in a folder for safe keeping. The page is also hyperlinked meaning children just have to click on the logo and it will take them to their login page. It is easily editable meaning you can add or remove subscriptions based on you school. I hope you find it useful. Cheers, Jamie

Credit: White Rose Maths for their incredible resources. I have not and will not take credit for their resources. I do not work for White Rose either! Having received many 5 star reviews from my Year 6 PowerPoint (https://bit.ly/2pyXuaH) I have now created a Year 3 White Rose PowerPoint containing ALL the Autumn Blocks! You will notice in the PowerPoint that there are no challenges provided. I have instead provided a link to the White Rose Maths Premium Resources which we currently use as a school. They tie in beautifully with the small steps themselves and the answers can also be accessed once you have purchased a subscription. This PowerPoint has taken an fair while to create. I hope you enjoy it. Please leave reviews - I will look to make any changes where required. If there is enough demand for it, I will release another PowerPoint which contains all of the blocks for the Spring and Summer term. Enjoy!

This download contains an editable PowerPoint which can easily be printed on A3 paper and then stuck up around the school hall, or if the sun is shining, in the playground! The questions provided cover a range of topics which you will find on any of the previous 2017, 2018 and 2019 Maths papers. The children can work independently, in pairs or in larger groups to answer questions which in turn provides them with a letter - Children collect all the letters to build a phrase - if their phrase matches yours, they win. Also included is an answer sheet for the children to record their workings out. FYI - The phrase is: You are a mathemagician. Leave feedback to let me know what you think/what could be improved

Year 6 Perimeter Worksheets - Nandos Style Differentiated Tasks

I got annoyed trying to find a decent and exciting resource for my children in Year 6. Therefore, I decided to make my very own. Based on Nandos - Each worksheet has a different level of spice. All chn love the theme and want to try something a little spicier. Lots of competition is generated from this. E.g. Lemon and Herb - Relatively easy - Suitable for LA Mild - For those who understand the concept and are more confident Hot - Providing more challenge for the students with more missing numbers etc Extra Hot - For the MA students - Providing a range of shapes with missing measurements, decimals and mixed measurements - E.g mm and cm. PLEASE REVIEW :D Jamie

WRM Assessment Spreadsheet - Year 6 - Whole Year

This spreadsheet enables teachers to quickly enter their children’s results from the Autumn, Spring and Summer WRM End of Term Assessments. These papers can be found by clicking the below link: https://www.tes.com/member/WRMaths This spreadsheet will allow teachers to better understand which pupils are doing well/ need further support/intervention. The spreadsheet also allows teachers to quickly print off an A3 version of the spreadsheet which can be used for Pupil Progress meetings etc. Simply enter the scored they got in the papers. The formula should then automatically total the scores. The scores then link to following: Emerging, Developing, Secure or Mastered. The above can be altered based on the school’s criteria. Likewise, the formulas can be edited should you wish to play around with the boundaries. Thank you for looking :)
