This resource consists of a PPT and a Word Booklet on all Tenses from the A Level syllabus. _ The extensive PPT presentation, 60 slides, covers all tenses in a structured way and its aim is to review verb conjugation and practise translation with a range of tenses. it takes 5 hours minimum to complete. Each section starts with a recap of the formation and verb ending of the tense with some verb tables with the regular and main irregular verbs. It is followed by a range of conjugation and translation tasks. Answers are provided on the next slide. Tenses and modes covered: Présent Futur proche Passé composé Imparfait Futur simple Conditionnel Subjonctif Plus-que-parfait Conditionnel passé Futur antérieur la voix passive Subjonctif passé le passé simple The Word booklet provides 11 long exercises to practice all the indicative tenses. It is divided into 5 parts: • présent • passé-composé, imparfait, plus que parfait, • futur simple, futur proche, futur antérieur • All indicative tenses including conditionnel présent, conditionnel passé. Conjugation exercise with 100 sentences in all tenses. Students conjugate the verb in bracket in the right tense. Answers are provided when to select Review tab, then Final: show up. Most of the exercices consists of gap fill exercises with the correct conjugation to insert or multiple choice with the right verb or time word to insert. Exercises are graded in difficulty. The booklet takes between 3 and 4 hours to complete and is ideal for home learning, homework and end of Year Revision for As and A2 Students. My students find these resources useful to manipulate various tenses and improve their translation skill. These 2 resources can be used for independent learning or in class, and are fully editable.

Le patrimoine Each end of unit tests assesses 5 skills: Translation, Reading , Listening, Grammar and Writing All the language is taken from the activities and vocab lists in the textbook. Each test starts with a Translation activity with 10 sentences to translate from French to English and 10 from English to French. This is followed by : _ a Reading Section made up of up 1 or 2 exercises, _ a Listening Section with the audio tracks provided _ a Grammar Section to test the points covered _a Writing Section with some questions This can be done at the end of each unit or for exam revision. I have designed this Powerpoint for a comprehensive lesson on French geography with A Level and IB students. The aim is to learn about key aspects of France in preparation for their exam. The presentation consists of 11 maps of France representing different aspects of France : climate, economy, landscapes, counties, regions, rivers and…wine among others! There is also an interactive slide with the main French cities and regions to place correctly on the map. It is followed by other slides illustrating various regions of France . My students found it very useful to revise and reinforce their knowledge of the French territory. I can be used as a cross-curricular activity with Geography.

This resource consists of 4 model A Level essays on the film *Entre les Murs *adapted to the new A Level AQA exam. The first 2 essays explorethe relationships between Francois Marin and his students, and the efficiency of his teaching. The 3rd and 4th one looks at the efficiency of Mr. Marin’s teaching and whether he can be described as a good teacher. The titles are set as A Level essays, they are between 300 and 700 words each and include quotes. . Each essay is structured logically with Intro, 3 or 4 paragraphs with Points, Evidence, Evaluation and a conclusion. Also attached is an activity about the trailer and a 10 pages study booklet on the film.
