A worksheet with some questions on Québec which I did with my Year 8 after studying "La Francophonie". Students answered the questions in pairs and created a Powerpoint presentation which they then shared with the rest of the class.

Here is a 9 letter word activity for tutorial. Students have to find the nine letter word and as many words with at least 2,3,4,5, letters. You can vary the difficulty depending on how good your group is. I have used in tutorial to help students with spelling. Be careful if you use this on overhead projector. Here is a homework task I have tried with my Year 10 to help them with their spelling and sentences structure. I sent them the listening file by email and asked them for homework to transcribe what they could hear (10 sentences). When they came to class the following week, we corrected it together and I gave them a copy of the sentences for them to then adapt and make their own. Despacito is a fashionable song at the moment that my Yr10 and Yr9 seem to love and sing in the corridors. As an end of term treat, I have done a little worksheet to go with this song.
