For all ages Used to keep track of students through the EHCP application process and for annual review. Also used to track communication specific to the EHCP process. Loved by other SENCO friends I have shown, so thought I would share.

Used to track where I am with each EHCP - used in addition to my provision map. Allows me to track information specifically for those with EHCP’s or being applied for. Has come in very useful for me and also for when handing over to a new SENCO when I left. Have set it up in new school, people always like seeing it.

Presentation about Stop and Search Put together in conjunction with a serving Metropolitan Police Officer. Highlights Law, Practice and Policy as well as prompting discussions around this area of Police Practice. Includes presentation notes within the power point. Great for PSHE as well as Public Services.

Adjusted to suit the Pearson GCSE History Specification. Guides learners through the skills needed to achieve grades 1-9 in GCSE history. Used in our setting in KS3 and KS4.

PE Assessment Resource. Uses the old National Curriculum Grade descriptors from P Levels to National Curriculum Designed as a self assessment package that can be built/designed around your curriculum. Proved successful when used, even now: allowing pupils an understanding of where they are and where they are going.

Designed as a display around the Human Body. I created this a display for PE, but can also link to science and PSHE.

Key words for the AQA biology Specification. Each document is for a different topic/chapter. Print double sided and these match up. I print on different shades of paper and then laminate before putting on a ring for each student as a revision tool in lesson and out of. Publisher files

Series of self assessment sheets for PE. Covers PScales and National Curriculum Levels.

One document that contains information on each student and can be added to as a chronology. Used for all pupils, but could work just for SEND. Contains baseline data info as well as strategies section. Written with VSEND included, but could be removed. Rated outstanding by OfSTED
