Freak the Mighty, by Rodman Philbrick is an amazing story about two boys who form a formidable human force! One is a slow learner, too big for his age, and the other is a small, disabled genius. Use these activities after reading the novel for a quick assessment tool. Included are questions about the setting, characters, plot and themes. The Outsiders Vocabulary by Chapter is intended to be used along side with the novel by S. E. Hinton. Use the vocabulary to introduce each of the 12 chapters.
