A self running PowerPoint with embedded sound files designed to help children make a connection with music then and music now. I have had it running as children enter assembly. Those doing Ancient Egyptians loved it .There is a small booklet to record their knowledge. The music will play when in slide mode You can also use it as part of your Egyptian topic. I have acted this out with children for Assemblies. They loved seeing the stage full of litter etc. I think it drove home the point that not putting things back in the right place and being very untidy impacts on others.

I wrote apiece of entertaining music which is over 9 minutes long so that I could watch the children's sense of rhythm as they played on the claves or tambour to the music. Children who were quite rhythmic made quite complex rhythmic patterns. Its a quick and useful tool for assessment
