IF you choose not to do this then there is a homework in lesson 4 where students have to write a brief summary on how muscles are controlled by nerves. To recall the nervous system To be able to understand the roles of different nerves To be able to describe how muscle action is controlled by the nervous system 7Ce Alcohol and Drugs Lesson 5 - Drugs (Categorising drugs into groups: recreational, legal, illegal and medicines - then pushing students further to discuss grouping drugs by stimulants, depressants and hallucinogens) Lesson 6 - Alcohol abuse and drug testing (discussing alcohol abuse, making wine, drug testing and the problems) Smoking is not in this scheme - however a homework has been added to STRETCH students further 6 lessons (7 lessons including HIGHER ABILITY LESSON*) including practicals (can be split to 8 if required) Enjoy !!!
