I have written a range of free and premium resources to assess and develop student understanding and to help students to prepare for examinations. My homework resources cover a broad range of the curriculum and they are carefully written and presented to be both professional and effective in aiding student progress. All assignments have answer papers provided and monitoring documents are available to record and analyse student performance.

This resource comprises 8 pages of practice, 2 pages on each of Number, Algebra, Geometry and Statistics. The content is skills based (as opposed to Use and Application) and assesses Higher type processes such as working with cumulative frequency, upper and lower bounds, factorising quadratics and Pythagoras and Trigonometry. If you are looking for a resource to cover the Foundation type skills, there are Core papers 2, 3 and 4 available in my shop, each comprising 8 pages and of a similar structure to each other, but with values adjusted. You can also purchase Coke Skills 1 and this Extended Skills paper as a pair through my shop, comprising 16 pages of useful practice. These assignments are great revision tools or can be easily used as cover work. My Maths Help Booklet is a useful source of information to assist students with independent learning when completing these papers.

This is a problem solving activity where students must follow the clues given in French to complete a table and decide which of the 5 people lives in the mountains. It should take between 20 to 30 minutes for students to solve and is aimed at students who have been learning French for at least a couple of years. The solution is provided on the second page.

This bundle includes resources that provide detailed teaching pedagogy, learning objectives for the Maths curriculum to share with students and staff, a help booklet which summarizes the learning plans to assist students with their independent study, and examples of the 36 homework assignments and the 22 homework assignments that I have produced. I have also included my 'Quadratics' topic based assignment as an example; there are 10 further topic based assignments available to purchase in my shop if you find this useful.

The questions included require students to be able to plot graphs, factorise, complete the square, use the quadratic formula, understand the meaning of solve f(x) = 0, solve simultaneous equations where one equation is quadratic, solve equations involving quotients which lead to a quadratic, and so on. A grading system based on the new GCSE specification is suggested, but this resource would be equally useful in the US. This bundle of resources is ideal for anyone seeking to resit GCSE Mathematics at Foundation level and who needs realistic practice questions and mark schemes to support their independent work. The core skills papers focus on key mathematical processes that need to be learned (no using and applying), the 22 Maths homework papers provide short but stretching question and answer sections, and the 12 Number and Algebra, 12 Geometry, and 12 Statistics papers are specifically aimed at general use and application within a wide range of GCSE contexts. There are a number of additional practice papers focused on common and useful topic areas, such as fractions, equations, averages etc. A help booklet is provided to give users a starting point when researching problem areas and tackling areas of weakness.
