This is a 226 word English to Spanish translation about a family of five. The family is described by one of the children named Alberto. He describes each family member using descriptive adjectives for appearance and personality, the verbs gustar, encantar and odiar with infinitives for likes and dislikes and the verb tener for age. Spanish Family Human Bingo Game Speaking Activity and Follow-Up Assignment - This activity provides practice asking questions with tener and family vocabulary. Each student mingles with a bingo grid and must find different classmates that can reply yes when asked about the information in one of the 16 boxes. Each box contains a statement about a family member. A sample statement is "A mi padre le gusta jugar al golf." When a student replies yes to a question, the questioning student follows up by asking in Spanish for the student's signature. The goal is to be the first student to fill the entire bingo grid.
