These are two PDFs which contain blank word searches and a space for name, title and ten keywords. The student lists the words and puts them into the word search. They then fill up the word search with care not to make the same words appear again. Nice simple activity for the class and a great way for them to review key words.

This is a single lesson for top ability but with the use of the movie and discussion, this could be a two part lesson on how to analyse an unseen extract in preparation for your exam. A quick resource I made for my wife's English class. Please use the link to the great TED- ED lesson and video.

This is a pack of PowerPoints, PDFs and Documents which explain the game to teachers and students. There are handouts and presentations for you to use. This competition often engages the students and once the game is taught it can be brought back without the resources as the students just "know" the game. The reader must read, but they can read as little and as much as they like. At any point then can call out “Pass to .......”, so that another member of their team can continue reading. The aim for the team is to reach the predetermined stop point. When they reach that they must call out “Shoot” to score a goal.

Learn with Emojis is a simple series of slides which contain A4 and A5 posters, activities, examples and more. Use them for revision, classroom activities and more. You have over 20 images which can be used as Posters for display and worksheets or Homework for your class. The PowerPoint and PDF just collect them all into one useful file.

We know that organising topics into themes and key points can be very helpful when learning or revising a topic. The website allows for a title and between one to six points to be generated into a simple chalkboard image. Save those images in folders and invoke your memories with a classroom setting to put you in the learning frame of mind. This is a PowerPoint Template of sorts.
