Furzedown Primary School is located in Tooting (Zone 3), South West London.
The School is easily accessible from Underground stations Tooting Bec and Broadway as well as national rail stations Streatham, Streatham Common & Tooting.

Members of staff at Furzedown have the opportunity to join the annual 'school journey' which involves staff and pupils travelling to a different part of the UK. In recent years the School Journey has ventured to Borth in West Wales. All of our classrooms at Furzedown open into the outdoors. We love spending time outside the classroom as part of our day to day learning and on school trips.

Furzedown is blessed with an amazing school community that places learning, wellbeing and global citizenship at the heart of its ethos. Both staff and students work in a safe and inclusive environment and the school is well supported by the Parent Teacher Association. We are a broad curriculum School, we place a big emphasis on the Arts with an amazing purpose built Art room and have access to local Sports facilities to promote health and well being.
