About St Joseph's Catholic School
"Excellence for the sake of the Gospel"
Our School
St Joseph’s Catholic School is a successful co-educational, comprehensive school serving the scattered rural community of South Wiltshire. We are a secondary school of approximately 600 students on roll. We offer a broad and balanced curriculum, are firmly committed to establishing first class standards and are proud of our achievements. Our expectations are high and this is reflected in the achievements of our well-rounded students.
Our school encourages and guides each of its students to develop their own unique gifts and talents. Everyone in our school is here for a purpose, to learn each day and to widen their knowledge, experience and cultural awareness.
Our Values
St Joseph’s Catholic School is committed to the formation of character and the acquisition of a value system that will enable young people to live life to the full. These values centre on developing a responsible character.
Our aim is to help our young people develop the ability to live within a community. We want them to learn that compassion, justice and love are the keys to a life well-lived. St Joseph’s is a vibrant and dynamic school with high expectations and great ambitions for every one of our students.
