Kings’ School Dubai Inclusion Team are looking for a 1:1 LSA to join the team in August 2024.  

This is a superb opportunity for aspiring, imaginative and inspirational Learning Support Assistant to join an outstanding, creative, innovative and supportive team.  


The successful candidate will need to:  

  • Have sound knowledge of the EYFS curriculum. 
  • Have experience working with a non verbal child and the resources required to support them
  • Have experience of working with children who need additional support to accelerate their progress
  • Be an innovative, flexible, creative, enthusiastic practitioner and be able to plan and deliver a range of interventions.  
  • Have an understanding of how to run a range of interventions. 
  • Know and understand how to use a range of strategies to support learning in the classroom.  
  • Have an understanding of IEP’s and be confident to attend parent meetings. 
  • Be an innovative, creative, enthusiastic practitioner. 
  • Be committed to the wellbeing and pastoral care of all students within their care. 
  • Have an understanding of how to manage a range of behaviour needs.  
  • Be able to develop positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
  • A valid UAE residence visa is a must for the position.
