Strand on the Green Juniors is a vibrant three form entry school with a SEND resource base for children with ASC. Situated close to the river in an attractive part of Chiswick, Strand on the Green Junior School is a successful school looking for a 1 to 1 LSA to support individual children with a neurodiverse profile working both inside the classroom and in a quiet learning space. The successful candidate will be passionate about helping students who are neurodiverse accessing mainstream education. Candidates should ideally be qualified to at least NVQ level 2/NNEB or equivalent and be experienced in working with neuro diverse children. The post will initially be supporting children 1:1 and is temporary in the first instance. The post will have an element of lunchtime supervision and there is the option to add on a position at our wrap around care facility Cygnet Club 3 days a week at an hourly rate of £13.78 for the right candidate. This is a fixed term position until 31st July 2025.
