Are you ready to embark on a rewarding journey within an educational community that values diversity, encourages collaboration, and celebrates excellence? We are looking to appoint a full time Academy Operations Administrator on a permanent contract, to provide administration support for the academy and assist in the main school office. You will need to have excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable working in a busy fast-paced environment.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • To provide operational support in the academy to meet regional targets.
  • To maintain up to date information of the Single Central Record.
  • To support the Academy receptionist with their day to day role.
  • Assist academy staff with all operational queries and work with the key members of the regional operations team to ensure compliance and outstanding service delivery.

Pay range:

NJC Scale Point Range 5-7 (Actual Salary £22,362.49 - £23,078.74, Full Time Equivalent £24,790 - £25,584)


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Maths & English GCSEs (minimum grade 4-9/A-C)
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suit
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work as a team and on own initiative
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
