Erskine Stewart’s Melville Schools are currently recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join the Finance Team at ESMS on a permanent basis from the end of September 2024 (subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks). The role is full time, with a salary of £26,256 to £28,403 per annum dependent on qualifications and experience.

 

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with experience in double entry book-keeping and accounts receivable in a high-turnover environment. Essential skills include strong Excel capabilities in data compilation and reconciliation, excellent communication, and a commitment to exceptional customer service. Desirable criteria include experience in working in an education environment and using the PASS system. Accountancy training or qualifications are also, desirable.

Eligibility

ESMS is unable to sponsor the employment of international workers in this role. International applicants will therefore be unable to apply for and secure a Skilled Worker visa.
