Job overview

We are looking for an administrative assistant to join the team at Bramcote College to provide reception, reprographics and administrative support to the school.

 

The successful candidate will:

 

·       Have excellent communication skills with children, parents, staff, and outside agencies

·       Be able to meet deadlines in completing tasks

·       Complete general admin duties including (but not limited to) typing, filling, bulk photocopying and taking phone calls

·       Have good organisational skills

·       Be flexible, adaptable and be able to multitask

·       Be proficient with ICT, including Word and Excel

·       Have experience of working in a school office or similar environment
