Job overview

The Emmaus Catholic Academy Trust is dedicated to providing an outstanding Catholic Education to our pupils. We are seeking to expand our central team and appoint an Administrator to support our Central and school leadership teams.

Whilst creating a healthy Catholic organisation we are mindful that working parents are vital to the modern UK workforce and with this role we are therefore keen to offer some flexibility around the hours worked to enable a healthy balance between professional aspirations and family responsibilities. Exact hours can be discussed further at interview.

We are seeking an innovative and creative Administrator with ambition and drive to join our rapidly expanding Catholic Academy Trust which promotes staff development and progression. You should have the knowledge and experience to ensure that Emmaus CAT has an administrative support service which enhances the learning and wellbeing of our children and young people.

This post would be suitable for an individual with excellent organisational and time management skills who has the ability to prioritise tasks appropriately, someone who is looking to develop and grow, who is able to collaborate with key staff to incorporate new ideas into the CAT’s future plans.

This is a developing role for an inspirational individual. With a flexible and calm approach, you will take part in a rotation of duties and shadowing to enable each team member to perform all tasks across all activities of the Central Administration Team.

Emmaus Catholic Academy Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful candidate will be required to complete an enhanced DBS application and will be subject to further safer recruitment checks, such as references, with ID documents retained on file. All shortlisted candidates may be subject to an online check.
