ACS Doha is highly distinctive in the landscape of schools in Qatar: an American International IB Continuum school on an outstanding new campus. The school has recently become part of Artemis Education and this is an excellent opportunity for an Admissions Manager , being the primary point of contact for all admissions-related queries and involves working closely with parents. The main role is to help drive student enrolment through the admission function of ACS Doha International School, acting as an ambassador for the school, its academic programmes and services to prospective students and their families, relocation agents, education consultants, business representatives, school visitors and the general public. The role assists families in their international relocation and admission into the school and supports the delivery of marketing and enrolment strategies. The position is responsible for enrolling the target number of qualifying students into the school each year and delivering a seamless experience for parents and children.
ACS Doha is a pre K- 12 school, currently of 980 students, with scope of significant expansion in its new home.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Previous Admissions experience in a school environment
- Experience working in a busy, hands on, customer service environment.
- Proven experience in use of databases and general IT applications.
- Understanding of international education is desired.
- Understanding/experience with all three IB Programmes (PYP, MYP, DP) an advantage.
