Pinc College is seeking to appoint an Art Teacher TERM TIME ONLY- 9 am to 3 pm , 5 days per week ( 4 days available).

This is a unique opportunity. We are looking to recruit a unique and dynamic person that loves their subject area and can lead on creating a curriculum inspired by the artefacts and collections/exhibitions within the Design Museum and beyond!

You will be based at our Design Museum Campus

To commence ASAP.

The Role

As Art teacher you will be responsible for the engagement and progress of and up to 20 students accessing Art, Design and Craft at our Specialist Creative College. Levels 2 and 3

Teaching is in small groups of around 10 students

You will be responsible for teaching and guiding your students through their qualifications, UAL level 2 and 3 Diploma, while supporting their SEND and wellbeing needs.

You will teach and lead on connecting locally for a rich and diverse learning experience. Experience of FE GCSE/AS/Alevel/UAL/BTEC, coupled with a solid background in SEND is essential for this stand out opportunity.

QTS/Further Ed teaching qual is essential.

You will be part of a small team who educate, safeguard and support neurodiverse students, (16 – 25 year olds).

This will require sustaining of strong partnerships with professional Local Authority teams and the Cultural sector.
