Assistant Caretaker (Fixed term for 1 year or casual)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a talent for practical skills and a passion for making a difference in a school environment.

The main focus of the role is to security and maintenance of the site in order to maximise the potential for effective learning. To provide a welcoming and safe environment for the whole school community and hirers and to ensure that all school buildings are clean and tidy including all outdoor areas.

We are looking for someone who

· Has a positive attitude and can build good relationships with colleagues and the whole school community.

· Has awareness of health and safety issues.

· Has a clean driving licence.

· Can carry out routine maintenance and basic repairs.

· Is a great team player
