Dubai British School Jumeirah Park (Foundation Stage) is seeking an outstanding, highly qualified Assistant Head of Early Years to join their outstanding British international school in April 2025.

Due to continued expansion and growth, Dubai British School Jumeirah Park Foundation (DBF) are seeking an Assistant Head of Early Years to join our thriving school in the sought-after location of Jumeirah Islands. DBF is a modern, custom-built campus offering the Early Years Foundation Stages One and Two of The National Curriculum for England and is the feeder school to Dubai British School Jumeirah Park.

Requirements:  

• Undergraduate degree and post-graduate teaching certification with additional educational management qualifications
• 2 years’ school management/leadership in a similar setting
• Knowledge of international of curriculum including assessment, accreditation, inspection and evaluation frameworks
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written form
• Educational leader and outstanding teacher
• Sound decision making, solutions focused, knowledge of child protection and health and safety
• Experience in developing and/or sustaining high performance teams
• Highly effective relationship management with a variety of stakeholders

Our Curriculum 

DBSJP follows the National Curriculum for England, from EYFS through to GCSE, BTEC and A Level examination courses. The curriculum is significantly enhanced by the local context and culture.
