Due to continued expansion and growth, Dubai British School Jumeirah Park Foundation (DBF) are seeking an Assistant Head of Early Years to join our thriving school in the sought-after location of Jumeirah Islands. DBF is a modern, custom-built campus offering the Early Years Foundation Stages One and Two of The National Curriculum for England and is the feeder school to Dubai British School Jumeirah Park.

Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree and post-graduate teaching certification with additional educational management qualifications
- 2 years’ school management/leadership in a similar setting
- Knowledge of international of curriculum including assessment, accreditation, inspection and evaluation frameworks
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written form
- Educational leader and outstanding teacher
- Sound decision making, solutions focused, knowledge of child protection and health and safety
- Experience in developing and/or sustaining high performance teams
- Highly effective relationship management with a variety of stakeholders
- Collaborative team player, inspirational speaker, empathetic listener
- Integrity and confidentiality

Our Curriculum
DBSJP follows the National Curriculum for England, from EYFS through to GCSE, BTEC and A Level examination courses. The curriculum is significantly enhanced by the local context and culture.
