The Heys School wishes to appoint an enthusiastic, innovative, and passionate Assistant Headteacher to join our senior leadership team.

We are seeking a passionate Assistant Headteacher who will assist in leading and managing the implementation of our strategic plan for securing school improvement and identifying priorities and targets to ensure that students achieve high standards and maximise their potential, to be the best they can be, every day.

Applicants should be creative and forward thinking and have the drive and motivation to support the further development of the school. You will be joining a committed team of staff, who work with enthusiastic and positive students who are keen to learn.

The school is on an exciting journey as they work in partnership with The Rowan Learning Trust.
