You will be expected to:

  • Lead strategic planning, management and development of mathematics
  • Manage staff performance and professional development in your department
  • Manage resources
  • Contribute to the mission and values of the school
  • Build an effective team
  • Support students
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by the headteacher
