We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Lecturer in Business Studies to join a successful team of subject specialists on a permanent basis, supporting the delivery of Business Studies at A level and potentially some non-specialist cover work on other faculty-based courses.

Taught within the successful Faculty of Humanities, Languages and Social Sciences, Business Studies is a consistently popular offer with our learners, with c. 500 studying the subject at A Level.

Exeter College is seeking to recruit an exceptional teacher who will support the faculty in their aspiration to deliver inspirational teaching and putting the learners at the centre of all that they do to enable them to make outstanding progress and achieve their aspirational goals. The successful candidate will join a team of subject specialists providing the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues and share best practice.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for Business Studies, be flexible in the hours that they can offer and will be committed to providing engaging and innovative experiences for our students. We envisage that this role would be at least 12.5 hours per week and across a minimum of 3 days. Applicants must either have a teaching qualification or desire to work towards one with us. This is an exceptional opportunity for a Business Studies specialist who is; new to teaching, wanting to enter the profession and/or wanting flexible working hours.
