Be part of our exclusive community, where excellence is celebrated, and every voice matters.

As an ESOLY (English for Speakers of Other Languages) Lecturer, you will be at the forefront of facilitating the linguistic development and integration of diverse communities. Your role extends beyond teaching language skills; you will be fostering cross-cultural understanding, communication proficiency, and empowerment among your students. Through engaging lessons and immersive experiences, you will provide essential language support and cultural insights, enabling students to navigate and thrive in English-speaking environments. By creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment, you will empower students to express themselves confidently, engage with their communities, and pursue their academic and professional goals. Your dedication to promoting language acquisition and intercultural competence will not only enhance students' language proficiency but also contribute to their social integration and success in an increasingly globalized world.

Essential qualifications include a recognized teaching qualification such as a Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (CELTA) or a Diploma in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (DELTA). Professional qualifications such as a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training.

Desired qualifications encompass a Bachelor's degree in English as a Second Language (ESL), Applied Linguistics, or a related field. Additionally, certifications such as TESOL or TEFL can be advantageous.

Applicants should possess or be actively pursuing a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS), along with a minimum of two years' experience in a mainstream primary or secondary school or further education setting.
