Role and Responsibilities:

As a member of our Bank Supply Staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining the continuity of education for our students.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing cover for absent teachers across various subjects and year groups.
• Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment.
• Supporting students with their learning and providing assistance where needed.
• Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure smooth delivery of lessons.

Requirements:

• Experience working with young people is essential.
• A strong understanding of dyslexia and how to support students with this learning difference.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
• A genuine passion for creating a supportive and inclusive educational environment.
