Learners have individual learning plans to enable them to achieve to the best of their abilities and the academy rewards progress weekly so that even the smallest of steps are recognised. Learners take full advantage of the opportunities to widen their experiences in the local and wider area visiting museums and exhibitions and going on trips at the end of term as well as attending special programmes of activities during the holidays.
