We seek an experienced, flexible and well-qualified professional who combines creative energy with the highest teaching standards. Above all we seek a real commitment to academic excellence. We require a B.Ed. or PGCE with a minimum of 2 years relevant teaching experience and qualified teacher status (QTS). This post is to start at the beginning of the school year 2024-2025.

We are looking for someone who can help to promote excellent results and an enjoyment of learning about Business studies, Economics, Enterprise (12 hours per week)and is able to offer another curriculum subject or extra curricular project. Alternatively this could be a part time post only.

Profile - The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the importance of observing and assessing children's development in order to inform planning. The applicant will have knowledge of IGCSE and A level Business Studies and Economics(Cambridge International GCSE ). A knowledge of Spanish would be an advantage but not a necessity. We are a growing school and are looking for candidates who want to grow their own department and build and create new ways of teaching and learning.

You will be a strong practitioner who is willing to continuously develop classroom skills and have a commitment to International Education. Preferably you will be experienced in teaching students with English as an additional language and committed to International education and research.

All applicants must have a passion for teaching, at least two years teaching experience, qualified teacher status (QTS), a good working knowledge of latest UK practice and an ENTITLEMENT TO LIVE AND WORK IN SPAIN. You would either have residency/ visa or be a European with a right to work in Spain as time is short to arrange the visa.

Imagine Montessori School, is a private secular college, which educates children from the ages of 20 months to 18 years of age. It employs the principles of the Montessori pedagogy in its methodology and philosophy within the British curriculum, and is accepted by the Spanish Ministry of Education.
