Thomas’s London Day Schools is seeking to appoint an exceptional Chief Marketing Officer to take the lead across the Group in creating, developing, implementing and managing the marketing and admissions strategies. This will include Group activities and brand, pupil recruitment and retention, communications, and content management, as well as broader PR.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and working in close partnership with the five Heads, Chief Operating Officer, Chief People Officer and Chief Financial Officer, this newly created role will provide outstanding strategic direction and inspiring leadership to marketing and admissions staff across the Thomas’s London Day Schools group of schools.

This varied and fast-paced role will be suited to a dynamic and experienced marketer with extensive leadership, stakeholder management and influencing skills gained inside or outside the education sector.

Salary: A competitive salary is offered, reflecting the seniority of the role. This will be commensurate with the experience and qualifications of the appointed candidate.

Contract: This role is a full-time, year-round role.

Flexible working: Some flexibility can be offered to work from home. The needs of the schools will dictate the days spent in the office and at home.

Holiday: 30 days + Bank Holidays.

Location: Plantation Wharf, Battersea with regular travel to the Kindergarten, prep schools and senior school.
