Courtwood Primary School

Courtwood Primary School is a one form entry community primary school, located in Forestdale, South Croydon. Courtwood Primary pupils are well motivated and a pleasure to work with, they relate positively to each other and to visitors and demonstrate good behaviour both in and out of the classroom. We strive to provide the very best learning environment and learning experiences for our pupils, and it is the combination of these factors that leads to the improving standards at our school.

We have a dedicated staff team who work to ensure our pupils are engaged and motivated learners. Our curriculum is carefully planned and ensures our children are equipped with the knowledge, vocabulary, and cultural capital they need to support future learning. We view learning as a partnership and value the relationship between home and school; where there is a shared goal to ensure all pupils can reach their potential, both academically and personally.
