Classroom Coach – Immediate start

Arcadia Global School Al Furjan is seeking to appoint an experienced Classroom Coach to start immediately. The successful candidate will be an inspiring and well qualified who will be capable of assisting the teacher in Primary stages. It is the opportunity to develop within the established professional learning programme and enriched learning community.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not necessary. Attested Secondary level certificate is mandatory.
• Committed professionals who are dedicated to raising standards in alignment with the school's vision, mission and values.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Classroom Coach with a natural desire to learn, contribute to and participate in the schools Professional Learning Community.
• A professional who works collaboratively both within the immediate team and across the wider school community.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support students in their academic and social development.
• Prepare and maintain classroom resources and materials
• Assist with the planning and execution of activities and learning tasks.
• Provide one-on-one support to students who need additional help.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
