Are you a creative and strategic communications professional looking to make a positive impact on the lives of young people?

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Communications and Marketing Manager to join our thriving educational trust of nine schools. As a key member of our Central Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand, enhancing our reputation, and driving engagement with our community.

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communications and marketing strategies that align with our mission and vision
  • Manage and oversee all internal and external communications, including press releases, media relations, social media, and website content
  • Create engaging and compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and promotional videos
  • Facilitate, build and maintain strong relationships between the key stakeholders, including parents, teachers, pupils, and community partners
  • Measure and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
