Job overview
Required for an immediate start, a Cover Supervisor who is enthusiastic, talented and ambitious to support students and supervise work that has been set by the teacher. We require a team player who is willing to contribute and learn from the best practice in the school.
The successful candidate will be confident in managing the behaviour of students whilst undertaking this work to ensure a purposeful and positive teaching and learning environment whilst maintaining a relentless focus on teaching and learning and raising achievement.
The Trust is committed to safeguarding children and young people. All post holders are subject to a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

We were also inspected by Ofsted (November 2023) and, whilst we remain 'Good’, there was a clear acknowledgement of the positive impact of the school’s work to strengthen its curriculum and culture, as well as the progress we have made since joining Danes Educational Trust. I am pleased that there was also helpful confirmation of the refinement and next steps necessary to take further strides forward and become 'Outstanding'.

Teachers are respected and valued not only by the Senior Leadership Team, but by students, parents and governors. Visitors often remark at how delightful our students are.
