Salary range £28,023 to £33,693 (inclusive of Crawley Market Supplement), per annum, depending on skills and experience.
The postholder must be available to start at 8.00am (and earlier at certain times of year).
We are looking for a person who can
· Manage all student data within SIMS
· Assist with exam analysis and the preparation of subsequent reports
· Obtain and prepare SIMS data for each report session
· Manage the data and information systems linked to SIMS
· Understanding of ongoing development within SIMS and associated training
· Working with and supporting the Exams Officer
This is a busy and varied role, working with all members of the school community. Knowledge of school processes and experience of using SIMS or a similar school’s data management system would be preferable
Candidates must have:
- excellent technical administration and IT skills, including word and excel
- maintaining the accuracy of our data is essential and so candidates must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to communicate with all members of the school community and external agencies
- candidates should also be able to work flexible hours, as required
- support and training will be provided as necessary
