We are a forward-thinking, dynamic and thriving Creative Arts department that values innovation, inclusivity, and collaboration. We are now seeking an enthusiastic and talented Deputy Faculty Leader with a specialism in Music to help lead our Creative Arts team to new heights.

As the Deputy Faculty Leader, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the leadership and management of the Creative Arts Faculty, with a particular focus on Music. You will work closely with the Faculty Leader to drive forward the vision and strategy of the department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning across all key stages.

The successful candidate will deliver Music to students across Key Stage 3-5. We welcome applicants with a desire to lead on extra-curricular Music projects, providing students with diverse and enriching experiences that foster their cultural capital. Experience in organizing performances and events, with a keen interest in enhancing students’ musical experiences beyond the classroom would be an advantage.

You would be joining a highly motivated team with a desire to improve in all aspects of teaching and learning and promote the importance of the Creative Arts.
