The Head and Governors are seeking to appoint a new Deputy Head (Academic). They are looking for someone who is an outstanding communicator and a strategic thinker with the ability to see the broader picture.
Start date – September 2025
The Deputy Head (Academic) will be able to build on the current success of the present post-holder, with the skills, experience and knowledge to ensure that the curriculum remains stimulating and a platform for excellent teaching and learning that stretches and challenges all pupils. They will be able to analyse data well and have a solid understanding of the role that technology can play in education.
The successful candidate will be a team player with both a strong sense of humour and humility who values the whole child and celebrates the achievements of each individual. A knowledge of the North London 11+ process would be advantageous as successful senior school preparation is paramount in this competitive environment.
Applications from those of the Catholic faith are particularly encouraged and all prospective candidates must embrace the school’s Catholic ethos and spiritual values. The role would suit an ambitious candidate who is an aspiring Head.
