Development and Marketing Coordinator

We are recruiting for an exciting new role to support marketing, development and events at Tiffin School. This role will work closely with the Development and Alumni Manager, Marketing Manager and Chief Operating Officer to support the delivery of the development and marketing strategies and support on the promotion and delivery of the 11+ Familiarisation Exams held at Tiffin School. This role is term time only plus 3 weeks and will require some evening working for events (for which time in lieu will be given).

What you will be doing:

• Carrying out administrative duties for and supporting on delivery of alumni and development events
• Supporting on content creation for social media and newsletters
• Supporting on communications and marketing activity 
• Supporting on the project management and delivery of the 11+Familiarisation Exams
• Coordinating input of school staff and departments
• Liaising with staff, parents, students and suppliers 

You will have:

• A foundational understanding of marketing and events principles
• Proficiency in basic design software, social media platforms and ICT
• Previous marketing and events experience
• Experience of coordinating people and resources to meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise effectively
