To achieve our ambitious goals, we are looking for a passionate Digital Content Editor to join our team and drive business development forward.


About the role:

As a Digital Content Editor, you will play a pivotal role in helping us achieve our growth targets for the FRA, LCBT, EFI Training, and EFI Awards. You will be an integral part of our Marketing and Sales team, working alongside fellow Digital Content Editors, a Marketing Assistant, and the Media Manager. You will also collaborate closely with our Curriculum and Registry teams.

The Digital Content Editor will be responsible for producing the group’s video promotional materials. We are looking for someone to support with planning, shooting, and editing a wide variety of video content for our advertising. Including helping to grow our LCBT TikTok in its first year as part of the EFI. You will also be producing content for internal comms and organic posting. You will need an understanding of the fashion and beauty industry and the courses we offer across both colleges to generate relevant, engaging content and campaigns.


About you:

  • We are looking for a candidate who has proven experience, knowledge and passion for filming and editing video, as well as an understanding of social media platforms, such as TikTok.
  • You will have previous experience creating digital content.
  • You will be proficient in Premier Pro and After Effects, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • You will have strong knowledge of sound mixing and colour grading.
  • You will be confident using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator).
  • You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be a team player with a proactive, self-motivated, and flexible attitude.
