As Director of Communication & Enquiry you will lead the English team who are passionate about their subjects and who want to make a difference for the students in our care.
You will need to share their passion and develop this area of learning. You will have high expectations of attainment and you will need to be able to work collaboratively with our students
Teaching and learning is high on the agenda at The Bourne Academy and staff are actively encouraged to constantly develop, experiment and reflect on their practice.
