In their most recent report, Ofsted described our standards as ‘high’, and said that ‘relationships between pupils and teachers are typically strong and pupils trust teachers to help them improve their work’. Inspectors noted that ‘staff are proud to be part of the school community’ and ‘they are highly motivated because they feel valued’
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an environment where students’ behaviour is impeccable, where they treat each other and staff with real respect, have a genuine enjoyment of school and enjoy their learning. The Academy is on the road to outstanding and has a relentless drive and determination to ensure the best possible education for students in our care.
This is a new role for an Early Help Co-ordinator and LAC Mentor in a rewarding role supporting students, parents and external agencies to achieve maximum involvement in the child's education and inspire students aged 11 – 16 to achieve their full potential and continue their enjoyment of school.
