Job description

TBS is seeking to employ an enthusiastic teacher with a broad range of skills in the our Early Years setting. We are looking for colleagues who can adapt to a unique learning culture quickly and innovate using the blended EYFS/Development Matters/Turkish program we have developed and continually innovate. Our British/EYFS blended curriculum is uniquely offered in Türkiye by TBS.

We have a vacancy due to expansion of the school, and we welcome applicants of vatting experience and background.

The classes are small, the children and parents delightful, and the campus is simply outstanding, we have our own small petting farm, great library facilities and a very boutique environment, where individual needs are catered for and are children are nurtured every day, in all areas. We pride ourselves on positive relationships throughout the school, and the wonderful working environment.

Successful applicants need to:

• be an excellent early years practitioner.
• have had experience of 'British Style' early years education.
• have Advanced English language skills.
• demonstrate an outstanding teaching record and provide evidence of impact.
• be highly motivated with a successful track record of working with a wide range of staff, children, and families.
• show a commitment to and an enjoyment of holistic education within and beyond the taught curriculum.
• have vision, creativity, drive, and enthusiasm to develop teaching and learning within the school.
• be able to communicate effectively and have a repertoire of interpersonal skills which motivate, lead, support, and challenge other colleagues; and
• be committed to the safeguarding of students.
• be willing to participate in the extracurricular life of the school
