Job overview
Are you looking for an exciting and challenging role within a school environment?
At Eaton House Belgravia we encourage all of our pupils to strive and persevere to be whoever they want to be. We understand that boys blossom academically at different rates, which is why we offer a personalised education, bespoke to each boy, in close consultation with his parents.
Our aim is to encourage boys to be confident and full of self-belief and we do this with a system of positive feedback and rewards. The welfare of each child is paramount and we find that every boy excels at something.
All our boys have the opportunity to fulfil their potential and to flourish through learning, exploration and being inquisitive. We believe that once boys discover a love for learning they can achieve anything. We are proud not to test ability at 4+ entry and yet we remain one of the top feeder schools for Westminster and St Paul’s Schools.
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, hard working and bright Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our team for an immediate start. This is a position only open to those with a formal childcare qualification (Level 3 or above) or with a relevant degree.
Successful candidates may be contacted prior to the application deadline date.
When completing the application form please ensure that the form is completed in full. Incomplete reference sections, education history or employment history sections may result in your application being disregarded.
Applicants that are shortlisted for interview will be subject to online checks, including a search of social media platforms.
A completed application form should be submitted via the TES jobsite or sent by email to the HR Assistant, Miss Amelia Smallwood (Tel: 0207 924 6000; email: asmallwood@eatonhouseschools.com)
Eaton House is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, and applicants must be willing to undergo child protection screening, including checks with past employers and the DBS.
The School aims to ensure that no job applicant receives less favourable treatment because of a Protected Characteristic. Recruitment procedures will be reviewed regularly to ensure that individuals are treated on the basis of their relevant merits and abilities. Eaton House Schools welcomes applications from all and does not discriminated based on nationality, race, age, religion, belief, gender, disability, sexual orientation or any other protected characteristic.
