Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Awal (KBZA) School is currently seeking to recruit a high-performing Educational Psychologist to join the team.
The successful candidate should have:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Educational Psychology or a related field.
- Valid licensure or certification as an Educational Psychologist.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in educational psychology, with experience in a school or clinical setting.
- Proficiency in English & Arabic language skills in relevant areas of teaching is required.
- Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and intervention techniques.
- Expertise in supporting students with special educational needs and learning difficulties.
- Excellent counseling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Strong understanding of child and adolescent development, educational policies, and best practices in educational psychology.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to supporting students’ psychological and educational growth.
- Maintain Confidentiality in all aspects.
