Educational Psychologist

Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Awal (KBZA) School is currently seeking to recruit a high-performing Educational Psychologist to join the team.

The successful candidate should have:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Educational Psychology or a related field.
• Valid licensure or certification as an Educational Psychologist.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in educational psychology, with experience in a school or clinical setting.
• Proficiency in English & Arabic language skills in relevant areas of teaching is required.
• Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and intervention techniques.
• Expertise in supporting students with special educational needs and learning difficulties.
• Excellent counseling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Strong understanding of child and adolescent development, educational policies, and best practices in educational psychology.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to supporting students’ psychological and educational growth.
• Maintain Confidentiality in all aspects.
