We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Secondary School English Teacher to join our successful English Department in August 2025.

A rare opportunity has arisen at Sandford International School, a school with a well established reputation for excellence and innovation, as well as being accredited by the IBO and Cambridge, we are authorised by the Ethiopian Government to provide a world class education serving the local and expatriate community of the culturally diverse Addis Ababa region.

Applications are welcomed from experienced candidates. A first degree and a teaching certificate (PGCE or equivalent) is required. A minimum of two years experience in a similar school setting is an advantage. IGCSE and IB experience is preferred. Experience teaching IB Theory of Knowledge would also be an advantage.
