Job overview
We are seeking to appoint a professional, enthusiastic and hardworking Estates Officer to join our Estates Team.
You will join us on a salary of £24,010 - £26,097 per annum, plus excellent benefits!
The role of Estates Officer is to support the Estates and Health and Safety Manager and the wider estates team in managing a large budget, developing and maintaining detailed site records and in organising logistical changes as required by the college throughout the year. The role is varied, with input into the college sustainability strategy, health and safety and site security so a genuine interest in facilities management is key.

The role is offered on a full-time, full-year basis, to commence as soon as possible.
